After 22 years in the same location, our Center moved its offices last July. While the physical transition went relatively smoothly, we cannot say the same for our mail service. Over the past few months, there have been numerous instances of letters lost, letters returned to senders, and delivery delays of several weeks, even for mail properly addressed to our new location! This situation has perplexed our local postal service, and our local Congressional representative has stepped in to help solve it.
If you contacted us by postal mail in the last six months and didn’t get a timely response, please call us at 714-632-9005 or contact us online.
We are working diligently with the postal service to find a solution. If you prefer to use postal mail, which we entirely understand, make sure you’re using our current mailing address shown at the bottom of this email. And please be sure to include your return address on the outside of the envelope just in case there is a problem. We do want to hear from you!
Even with the unique complexities of this situation, we know a miracle is possible and inevitable. We are asking you to join us in expecting a miracle regarding this issue. After all, together, with miracles we will soar in 2024!
